Legoland announces plans to reopen one of Cypress Gardens’ most historic attractions

While Disney World’s 50th anniversary celebration lacks nearly any reference to those intervening fifty years, Legoland Florida’s tenth-anniversary celebration includes many nods to the past, including historic attractions that predate the park in its current location.

Legoland shared that they plan to bring boat rides back to the gardens’ canals, an attraction that ran on the site from the late ’30s until the park shuttered in the aughts.…
